- 280 GSM flannel fleece. Exact fiber composition is not specified by the supplier.
- Single-sided heat transfer print. Rounded red kiosk outline, printed window grid and blank ivory holly-wreath sign; snowy Christmas British shopfronts and lantern town lane are flat printed effects, not attached decorations, raised features or working lights.

Every piece is printed and made to order for you after you order — nothing is held in stock and it cannot be resold. For that reason we cannot accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, or for a size or colour chosen at checkout.
We will remake and reship at no cost if:
- it arrives damaged or defective
- you received the wrong item
- the parcel is confirmed lost in transit
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. A photo is enough — we do not ask you to send the item back. You can cancel free of charge any time before production starts, usually within 24 hours. Full detail is in our refund policy.
