Is the design printed or stitched?
Printed. The artwork is printed onto the fabric surface. The quilted stitch pattern is real stitched construction, but the design is print — it is not embroidery, not applique, and not a raised three-dimensional texture. A piece is not faulty because the pattern is printed.
How long will my order take?
5 to 7 business days to make, then 7 to 15 days to deliver: about 12 to 22 business days in total. In November and December, add two to three days.
What does shipping cost?
$7.99 per order, free on orders of $139 or more. The rate is the same to every country we ship to, and it is charged once per order even if your items arrive in separate parcels.
Where do you ship from, and will I pay customs?
Orders are made and dispatched from our production partner's facility in China. Any duty or import tax charged by the destination country is set by that country and is payable by the recipient. We cannot calculate it in advance.
Can I return something?
Yes — anything, for any reason, within 30 days of delivery. Nothing we sell carries a name or personal message, so there is no category we cannot take back. Items must be unused and unwashed. You pay return postage; there is no restocking fee.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photograph. We remake and reship at no cost, or refund in full. You keep the item and pay nothing.
How do I choose a size?
Every product page lists the exact sizes in centimetres and inches. For door curtains, measure the doorway first — the panel should sit a little wider than the opening. For cushion covers, match the cover to the pad you already own; covers are sold without pads.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, separately. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach, and do not iron directly on the print — steam lightly instead.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Free of charge any time before production starts, usually within 24 hours of ordering. After that the materials are committed and we cannot cancel.
Do you take custom or personalised orders?
Not at the moment. Every design is printed as shown, with no name or message added.
