Where to find your tracking number
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop. Check the address you used at checkout, and check the spam folder before assuming it did not arrive.
Nothing has moved yet
Tracking can take three to five days to show its first scan. That gap is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. If nothing has moved after seven days, email us.
Remember the timeline
Your order is made after you place it. Production takes 5 to 7 business days, so tracking will not exist at all during that period — there is nothing to scan yet. Delivery then takes 7 to 15 days.
Two parcels, one order
Our lines are produced separately. If you ordered from more than one line, the items may ship at different times with their own tracking numbers. You are charged shipping once either way.
